Friendly staff and free parking, but rooms need urgent renovation.

I thoroughly enjoyed the charming decor and warm atmosphere of the bar. It was notably cozy, making it easy for seniors like me to relax. The staff were attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable during my stay.
A few more accessible seating options would be great.

had a good stay for 2 nights, comfy bed, great price, and the location is super central. food was tasty, tried sumthin thai and it was really nice. staff were chill n helpful too!
the room didn't have a private toilet, which wasn't a big deal but still kind of annoying. walls could use some soundproofing cause I heard street noise.

The Long Room Hotel And Bar is a fantastic budget option! My room was cozy with a nicely soft bed, perfect for a good night's rest. It’s super close to the Tooting Broadway underground station, making it easy to explore London. The bar staff were friendly, and I loved the lively atmosphere, especially on weekends.
The shared toilet was a bit inconvenient.

Clean room, friendly staff, with free wi-fi and big screen football, and just a short distance from the local tube station for easy access to the city.
Everything was fantastic.

Clean enough for the budget price, but the mattress was in poor condition, lacking a proper cover and showing stains. The shower setup was impractical, located too close to the bed, which made the space uncomfortable. the pub downstairs served good hamburgers, and the proximity to transport links was convenient.

I chose to stay for a short trip and found the location really convenient, being just a short walk from the tube station. I was particularly impressed by the nearby cafe, which served amazing brunches at a reasonable price. the room was quite cramped and not worth the price paid.

Charming Local Gem with Great Offers
Had a lovely one-night stay! Enjoyed the chilled Heineken on a hot day and the tempting midweek food deals. The staff were friendly, making everything pleasant. Be sure to arrive early for any film screenings on Mondays for a unique night out.

The location offered great value for money with a clean room and a comfy bed. The bar staff were friendly, creating a fun atmosphere with live music and good food. the furniture was quite worn, and the small ensuite in the double room could use improvements. the bedding color made it hard to confirm cleanliness, which detracted from the overall experience.

missingWrote a review on Sept 21pleasant atmospherecomfortable dininguncomfortable mattresspoor managementoutdated room
The twin room fell short due to an old mattress that sagged to the metal springs, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Despite having good cupboard space, the outdated beds and lack of responsiveness from management regarding basic needs like an extra pillow detracted from the experience. the location was pleasant, and the hotel atmosphere was welcoming, with crinkle-cut fries being a highlight during my visit.

The pub atmosphere was lively, and the darts game was a blast! Our kids had a great time while I enjoyed a refreshing drink. The staff were super friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious, especially the club sandwich I had.
In my wife’s opinion, extra pillows would make a big difference.

Convenient pub atmosphere below, perfect for evening drinks. Quick access to local food outlets along Mitcham Road offering a variety of options.
Rooms feel outdated and cleanliness is hit or miss, with noticeable stains on bedding that could use a thorough inspection. Limited amenities, like no hairdryer and only a bar of soap provided, can make a stay less comfortable. The shower has a small sink that complicates basic tasks like washing hands, and the en suite shows signs of disrepair that detracts from overall enjoyment.
